I cracked from East Egg
and soaked my underclothes in
your black reflection
My fingers tracing a butterfly,
I oscillated in time with the waves
and my desires
You were afraid of where you couldn't touch
But only in the water do I let go
diving deeper, grazing the web of green light
just to have the relief of closed lungs
Underwater,
my limbs are woven with lives and lights
chandeliers and street lamps,
colored lanterns and lovers on a dock,
the story of a thousand Great Gatsby nights-
My annointed forever

This is rather fascinating. I enjoyed the strange depictions and that wonderful use of 'oscillated'; really captured my attention. And the rest of it, just kept me focused on absorbing each line, word, and letter with interest. Great work.
